Online Rates
We support most common size banners. Below are rates for single and multiple-month ad placement on the: (1) Home Page and (2) Section Front Pages. Inside Section Pages ads are offered at half the cost of the First Page of Each Secion. Online ads are measured in pixels. The first number represents a horizontal measurement. The second number represents a vertical measurement.

INSIDE SECTION PAGE ADS – 50 PERCENT OFF
Banner ads that appear on the Inside Section Pages are offered at half the cost of the above rates for ads that appear on the first page of each section.
Online Submission Information
- Website advertisements should be supplied as GIF, JPG or SWF (Flash) files
- File size should not exceed 20 kb
- Banner design not available
- *A 50-percent discount is offered off Sphinx Magazine print display rates to advertisers who also place any size ad on the Sphinx Magazine website.
Banner Advertising Terms and Conditions
- All rates are net
- Payment required within 15 days of signing advertising agreement
- Subsequent periods will be billed at the beginning of each session
- Ads received within 5 working days before the start of each month will be posted by the start of the month
- Individual advertising spots are non-rotating
- Advertisers already holding ad spots will be given the option to keep the spot. The decision by advertisers to renew is required no later than 15 days prior to the end of the existing contract. Replacements will be accepted on a "first come, first served" basis.
Online Advertising Terms and Conditions
Payment is required in advance. As space is limited, banner ads are sold on a “first come, first served” basis. All advertising is accepted subject to the Publisher’s approval upon determination that the products or services advertised are in keeping with The Sphinx Magazine’s philosophy and standards. A 15 percent commission is extended to recognized advertising agencies.
